Jody Kiefer serves as the Vice President of Development at Sunstone Two Tree and oversees construction operations for all build-to-rent projects in the Phoenix Market. He has over 15 years of residential homebuilding experience. Prior to Sunstone Two Tree, Jody was the Director of Construction for American Homes for Rent, where he managed horizontal and vertical operations in Washington. Prior to that, Jody was a Senior Construction manager for multiple publicly traded home builders, including Richmond American, Lennar, and DR Horton.
