Jack Marshall serves as an Analyst at Sunstone Two Tree, supporting the team with investment analysis and asset management. Prior to joining Sunstone Two Tree, Jack worked as an Acquisition Analyst at Georgia Capital, a build-to-rent investment and development firm. In this role, he specialized in land acquisition analysis, supported the entitlement process, and underwrote development projects throughout the Southeast. Jack holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
