Scott’s previous roles include Controller/CFO at Channel Islands Aviation, Accounting Manager at Strategic Acquisitions, Inc., and Senior Accountant at American Homes 4 Rent, where he led system implementations, secured financing, and streamlined operations. He began his career in public accounting with CohnReznick LLP, building a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting. Scott earned a B.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, graduating with Business Honors Program distinction, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in California.
