Scott Swenson is the Construction Accounting Manager at Sunstone Two Tree Scott joined Sunstone Two Tree with more than a decade of accounting and finance experience in real estate, construction, corporate finance, controllership, and audit. Scott’s previous roles include Controller/CFO at Channel Islands Aviation, Accounting Manager at Strategic Acquisitions, Inc., and Senior Accountant at American Homes 4 Rent, where he led system implementations, secured financing, and streamlined operations. He began his career in public accounting with CohnReznick LLP, building a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting. Scott earned a B.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, graduating with Business Honors Program distinction, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in California.

Ani Ward is a Senior Accountant at Sunstone Two Tree.  She is an accounting and property management specialist with more than 15 years of experience in delivering quality customer service and financial analysis. Ani previously spent 7 years working at Macerich, a real estate investment trust, as a Senior Property Accountant and Senior CAM Accountant. Her additional skills attained with other REIT companies are in the areas of property management and accounts receivables. Ani is a graduate of California State University Northridge and holds a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.

Brittany Terry serves as the Office Manager at Sunstone Two Tree. She earned a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Before joining Sunstone Two Tree, Brittany worked at Wood Law Wills and Trusts, Cowdrey Jenkins, and Crumbl Cookies HQ, where she gained invaluable experience in both the legal and corporate sectors.
